Who we are
KUAI DIGITAL is a digital agency doing web design, SEO and advertising work. Our office is in Istanbul. We also travel to other cities for projects. You can write to info@kuai.digital about this text.
What the form collects
The contact and quote forms collect name, phone, industry and message. The quote form additionally asks what you need and when you want to start. These fields exist to prepare a quote and get back to you.
A small addition question is asked before sending. The correct answer is held in a short-lived session record and deleted once checked. Your name and phone are not written to this session.
Why
The details are used to discuss your quote and get back to you. They are not processed for any other purpose.
Not sold, not given to advertisers
We do not sell this information. We do not give it to ad networks or other companies for marketing. The email form goes to our own mailbox so we can reply to you.
How long it is kept
The form is not saved to a database. The name, phone, industry and message you send are inside the reply email. They stay in that mailbox as long as the correspondence continues. No separate customer file is opened.
The "Send via WhatsApp" link on the quote page prepares the message by opening WhatsApp on your device. This site does not save that message or forward it as an email. If you send the message, delivery happens through WhatsApp.
KVKK (Turkish data protection law)
This page is a short notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Since no account is created there is no separate deletion screen. If you have a problem with the record in your email, just write to info@kuai.digital.
