Web Design Agency
If you're looking for a web design agency, let's make comparing easier.
You're probably collecting quotes from several companies and all of them say "professional, mobile-friendly, SEO-friendly." On this page we've clearly written exactly what you get when you work with us, the questions to ask every company before signing and the red flags to watch for. Compare, then decide.
Why KUAI DIGITAL?
What do you get when you work with us?
Not slogans but concrete differences: look at these six points when comparing with other quotes.
Design and development in the same team
No loop of the designer drawing and the developer saying "this can't be done." Because we run both in parallel, the process is fast and the result consistent.
Technical SEO foundation included in the price
Speed, heading structure, meta fields, sitemap and Search Console registration are delivered ready at launch. You don't get the "SEO is charged separately" surprise.
Written scope, clear price
Page list, revision rights, timeline and payment plan on a single page. If an out-of-scope request comes up, we tell you in writing first.
Domain and site in your name
The domain, hosting and panel access stay yours. Even if we part ways your site isn't held hostage.
If you wish, we manage growth too
A solid foundation gets the site ready for Google; to get ahead of competitors regular content and ads are needed. If you wish, as the team that built the site we keep running Google Ads, Meta ads and monthly SEO work.
An accessible team
You write directly to the project team on WhatsApp. Your questions don't go unanswered after launch; the maintenance package is optional.
Checklist
Ask every company, compare the answers.
Take this list to your meetings. If there's an item you can't get a clear answer to, think twice.
Ask before signing
The answers to these questions should be in the written quote.
- Is the design a ready template or made for us?
- In whose name will the domain and hosting be registered?
- How many revisions do I get, and how is anything extra charged?
- Is the SEO foundation included in the price, and what does it cover?
- What's the post-launch support like, who do I write to?
- Do you have references in my industry, can I see them?
Red flags
If you see one of these, think twice.
- A quote that states no scope beyond "a website will be built"
- The domain being registered in the company's name or access not being given
- Reference sites that load slowly or break on a phone
- A promise of a "guaranteed first place on Google"
- The site going offline without a mandatory high annual "maintenance" fee
- Being slow and hard to reach even during the sales conversation

Frequently Asked Questions
What people wonder when choosing a company.
Which cities do you serve?
We work across Turkey. The process runs largely remotely (video calls, WhatsApp, email); we also plan on-site meetings when needed. Our references include manufacturers, logistics and healthcare companies from different cities.
We're a small business; do we need to be big to work with you?
No. We work with every scale, from one-person businesses to multi-branch companies. We can scale the scope up or down to your needs; what matters is that the site is built to bring you concrete customers.
Are the quote and scope given in writing?
Yes. The page list, services included and not included, revision rights, delivery schedule, price and payment plan are all in a single written quote. If an item outside the scope you approved comes up, we first inform you in writing and proceed with your approval.
Should I choose an agency or a freelancer?
Both have their place. If you want not to depend on one person, to get design + development + SEO + ads from the same team and to have someone reachable after launch, an agency structure is safer. We run design and development in the same team, in parallel.
After the site is done, should I look for another company for Google Ads and SEO?
No need. We manage web design, SEO & content, Google Ads and social media ads under one roof. When the team that builds the site also runs the ads, landing pages, measurement and messaging stay consistent.
We're not happy with our current web design company; is switching hard?
No. First we check the access status of the domain, hosting and site files. If there's no access we still analyze the current site and move it to the new structure; by redirecting the old URLs we preserve your position on Google.
